Find out what's making you sick and how to heal.
Anthony William is the medical medium.
Hello, I'm Anthony William and you're listening to the medical medium show, the radio show
where each week I talk about the most advanced healing information and secrets about much
of health, which is not found any information about health, which is not found anywhere else
and is decades ahead of what's out there now. She's like, I got to get it out there. As I've
always said, who has 10, 20, 30 years to wait for information to get people better? You know,
the other day, somebody threw something at me and they were like, you know, science, science says
this and this and this, all the tests, everything, you know, the bio tests, you got the, you know,
the ANA, anti-nuclear antigen test. We got that. We got all these different lipid tests. We got
all the technology. What makes you so smart? What makes you think you got information?
You're not a medical doctor. You're not doing any testing. Tell that to the tens and tens of
thousands and thousands of women that can't get out of bed, can't function, can't take care of
their kids, losing their careers, losing their jobs, and men, and men too, okay? And can't get
answers for their symptoms. Tell them that. Let's ask them that question because they've been to
every doctor, every specialist, every clinic, every place across the country, all over the place,
looking for help. So if we want to get science like that, science-minded, why don't we start,
I mean, why don't we start using our common sense?
How about that?
So starting to show off pretty fired up, okay, because we're talking about deficiencies.
Today's show is about are you deficient?
Do you think you're deficient?
Because this is serious.
This is serious stuff.
Deficiencies are one of the most common factors in illness and could also be preventing you from recovering from your health, recovering your health problems.

Dedicated hundreds of hours into creating this so we can have foundational tools that we can have every day and we can have access to information so you can start healing now because I know people need that.
That's the whole point for this product.
It's really a great resource.
It really is.
I made sure to make it completely free so everyone would have access right away, instantly.
Just go and sign up.
It's easy.
It doesn't get any easier than that, for sure.
And a little bit about me.
Since age four, woke up one morning.
Everybody knows the story who knows me, okay?
And heard a voice perfectly clear, just like someone's in the room talking to me.
And it's in real time.
Real time is different than channeling.
So channeling is another thing that goes on.
Real time means it's actually happening in that moment and it's outside of the body,
just like your friend is talking to you, just like your friend or your neighbor is talking to you about something
and you're listening and their voice travels from their mouth, the sound, and goes to your ear.
It's the same thing.
And because of that, I've been able to have the accuracy needed to get people answers and information
so they can heal.
So I've dedicated my entire life.
This voice told me that my grandmother had lung cancer.
Heard it perfectly clear, and she did.
She was taken into the doctors, and they did an x-ray,
and her lungs were filled with cancer.
So that's how it all started.
Since then, I've helped tens of thousands of people heal
and get the information they need so they can move forward.
And the show we do here is about getting that information,
advanced information, or clearing up things, clearing the air on so many topics that are so
confusing. And the internet is loaded with different things going on. You know, one day,
it's this way. One day, it's that way. It's this way. One day, it's that way. Is garlic good for
you? Hey, it's good for you. Hey, no, garlic's bad for you. It's bad for you. Too much vitamin
D good for you? No, it's bad for you. Is this good for you? It's this bad? It just goes on and on
and on and on. So it's about getting some answers. And that's what this show's about. It's what I've
dedicated my life to do is to provide this. So we're talking about deficiencies today.
Here's the thing with deficiencies that's pretty amazing. We're all deficient. We're all deficient
in something, in something. There's not one of us that isn't. We're all deficient in some way,
somehow, some place in our body, in our physical body. It's what happens when we're born here.
That's planet Earth. It's a very deficient place. Our forefathers were deficient.
Foremothers were deficient. Generations before us were deficient. We carry that. We bring that
to our children and it keeps on going on and on and on. If you live on planet earth,
we're automatically deficient in something, in some nutrient, in some vital component,
in some phytochemical. We're born deficient and some vitamin or mineral is not present in us to
enough, to enough degree. And we're going to talk different levels about that. Why stress,
stress, stress that our mom and dads are under while we're in mom's womb and we're waiting to
come out, we're waiting to be birthed, we're waiting to be delivered, stress. Also, pollution,
environmental toxins, our food choices. So our food choices as well. I mean, there's stuff falling
out of the sky that makes us deficient every single day. There's all this barium falling out
the sky. There's all this heavy metal falling out of the sky. It's vaporized. There's all these
toxins falling out of the sky. Our rain is deficient. Our rain used to be fertilizer.
It was called poor man's fertilizer because when snow, when snow built up and it, and it sat there
on fields, okay, before spring and it melted, it was loaded in minerals, trace minerals,
every kind of nutrient practically, and life force, actually life force, and that snow would
melt, go into the fields, and it was the fertilizer. It was the fertilizer. And those
days are going away. Our rain, our snow is deficient. So our food is not getting the trace
minerals it needs. So that's one of the things that's happening. Isn't it interesting? It really
is. So talking about a couple of other things too about what we eat. Now, I've said this before.
We have about an average of 80,000 meals in our life to eat. Yeah, you heard it from me before.
I know, I know, but it's that important to know this. 80,000 meals basically. That doesn't seem
like a lot. That's not a lot at all, especially when you put that number against certain things.
It's really not that much.
Now, what if we'd eaten 40,000 meals that weren't that nutrient, you know, plentiful?
What if there wasn't plenty of nutrients, plenty of phytochemicals, plenty of minerals, plenty of vitamins?
What if we, you know, ate a lot of junk along the way?
And I'm not blaming you one bit.
I totally get it.
It's easy to do here on planet Earth.
It's easy to do.
But nevertheless, we could have missed out on 20,000 meals, 10,000 meals, 50,000 meals, right?
I mean, think about that.
50,000 meals that didn't offer us what we needed.
And then the deficiencies really, really grow and they fall into symptoms too.
They fall into disease.
they fall into a whole bunch of other different things around that.
And so it's important that we're eating better choices.
We're eating better meals.
Okay, so say we just had 40,000 meals in our life that we didn't eat good,
and so now we're halfway through our life.
Okay, well, it's time to make up for that.
So we'll eat better stuff and even more better stuff,
and we'll get different things in us.
And later in this show, we're going to talk about the best foods,
Some of the other things we need to make up for that.
Don't you want to make up for that?
I do.
I do.
I want to do this.
So what levels of deficiency?
What kind?
How deficient?
Everybody's deficient in different levels, different things.
Some of us slightly deficient.
Some of us seriously, seriously deficient.
We're going to use that deficient word a lot.
That's going to be, we're going to be using that a lot today.
So this is important, though, because not all of us have the same bodies.
Not all of us have the same lives.
We've also eaten differently.
It's really complicated but simple.
Really complicated but simple.
Complicated means, as far as being complicated is, where in the body are we deficient?
But, of course, there's blood tests.
There's the famous blood tests to see what we're missing, what we're not missing.
but are they accurate? Are they accurate? Are they accurate enough? I mean, I'm not against
the blood work. I'm not against the blood tests. That's not it at all. I'm not saying, hey, don't,
you know, don't have to get the blood work to see. It's always great and fun. It's always fun
to see where you stand in, you know, some basic, basic level, blood levels of what kind of things
we have in our body. But there's different body systems. I talked about that before in one of the
other shows as far as different body systems. There's the lymphatic system. There's the
neurological system. There's a reproductive system, cardiovascular system. There's different
systems in our body. And every single system, body system requires different minerals,
different vitamins, different nutrients. So when you get a blood test and the blood test
shows that you have enough B12, that doesn't show if you have enough B12 in your central
nervous system. See how it works? So you go to the doctor and oh, you got your B12 levels look great,
But they can't test yet.
Science hasn't gotten there yet.
We don't have the test yet.
Spirit tells me we're going to be able to, in 50 years, start looking at different body systems and testing to see if the B12 is enough in the central nervous system.
Because the central nervous system needs that B12.
Does it matter how much B12 is in the blood?
And that's how important this is.
This show is.
Because we're going to be eating different.
We're going to be doing some different things so we can basically play it safe.
We need insurance policies in the way of getting the right amount of B12 in us or getting the foods that actually create B12 or getting what we need for the right minerals for that body system.
For instance, you can get a blood test to see how much zinc you have.
but regardless of what level is on the, as far as what levels on that blood test and that profile,
as far as how much zinc you have, it doesn't test how much zinc is needed for your lymphatic system.
Your lymphatic system needs a lot of zinc and it could be deficient even though you have zinc in
the blood for the blood test. See what I'm saying? So that's why we're really getting into this.
That's why it's really important. Okay. We think of our body as a whole, right? We think like a
whole self. That's how we do it. It's the whole body. It's our whole self. We think of us as a
whole, right? You've heard that totally. But when it comes down to deficiencies, it's much different
than that. We can't think about our body being as a whole at that point at all. We have to think
about what does the system need? What does the system mean? What does the endocrine system need?
And it's like that. It's like that. So we have to see it in these different ways. Like,
wait a minute here. My endocrine system needs these certain minerals. My lymphatic system needs
these certain minerals like zinc. My central nervous system needs this B12 plus this other
stuff. That's how we have to look at it. And we're not there yet. We're just not there yet.
But we're there yet here. We're there here. That's why you're listening. We're there here.
That's the whole point. So what do we need? We need a lot of different minerals,
macrominerals. We need microminerals. We need trace minerals. We need nutrients. We need
phytochemicals. But what happens if science hasn't discovered a fraction of phytochemicals in food?
A fraction, not even a fraction. Literally, we have not discovered what's in food yet.
So if you're thinking we already figured it out, that we already know what's in food, that's not correct.
Not correct at all.
We don't know what's in food.
We don't really have a clue.
A hundred years from now, there's going to be all these new phytochemicals discovered.
Lots and lots of them.
In fact, that's even not going to be enough compared to what's in food.
For instance, honey alone, like a raw honey, a wild raw honey, actually has hundreds of thousands of phytochemicals that feed different body systems to prevent us from being deficient.
We don't even know any of them.
It's so very few and far and so small.
So because science hasn't caught up to knowing how to single out things, to single out what's in a wild blueberry,
because what we know about the wild blueberry isn't enough as far as what's really in the wild blueberry.
So because science hasn't gotten there yet and doesn't know what's inside a wild blueberry,
we have to eat them because we have to just get what they have so we can watch our deficiencies,
so we can take care of our deficiencies.
We just have to jump into it. We can't wait until something's singled out 10, 20 years from now.
And we're like, oh, okay, and it's put in a bottle. And we're like, okay, we're taking that now.
Okay, we're okay. Let's take that because that's good for this. That's how behind we are.
See, it's that. I mean, it's that crazy as far as behind we are with it all.
So we have to jump ahead. We can't wait. You can't wait. I can't wait.
I mean, you know, I don't have 40 years to wait until something's figured out that's inside a raspberry, like a whole nother phytochemical.
It's inside a raspberry, stuck in a bottle, and then thrown on a TV show somewhere, you know, some talk show, and they're talking about this phytochemical 40 years from now.
Come on.
We got to eat those raspberries.
We got to eat those wild blueberries.
We have to start bringing these in because it has to be part of those 80,000 meals I'm talking about that we lost out or we lose out.
And we got makeup time to do to clean up deficiencies that are critical.
We got important makeup time to do.
This is so important.
See, we're focused a lot on vitamin D right now.
Like that's the big focus.
I'm not saying vitamin D is bad.
I'm not saying that we're wrong to focus on vitamin D.
I'm just saying that vitamin D really isn't even as important as B12.
So it's not even as important as B12.
But we're focused just on vitamin D right now.
That's the big thing.
You go to every doctor's office.
It's like your vitamin D levels.
You go to your practitioner, oh, what are your vitamin D levels?
Not really making fun of it.
That's what I'm doing.
I'm a little snarky about it.
But what I'm trying to say is that if your vitamin D is low, you're not going to die.
If your B12 is low, you can die.
You can die early.
If your B12 is too low, if your B12 isn't right in the nervous system,
if it's not right in some of the body systems,
if it's not right in some of the organs, then we're in trouble.
But if vitamin D is not right, and vitamin D is not right in some of the organs,
and vitamin D is not right in the body systems,
we won't lose our lives over it.
why is it such the number one focus? The number one focus. It shouldn't be the number one focus.
There's other things that should be more focused on. Of course, vitamin D is good. Yeah, sure,
we can take it. It's fine. But there's other things that are important. And that just shows
us we're still so behind. Because if we don't have the right kind of B12, we live a short life.
that's what happens when you don't have the right kind of B12 or the amount of B12 that you need.
Or if it's actually clicking and working, methylating, going through the body,
this is so important. That's how important it is so we can live longer.
You know, voyages, I talked about this in the past, voyages at sea, okay? You can put all the
food you want on that ship. You can load it up barrels and barrels and barrels of healthy food,
barrels and barrels of chicken, barrels and barrels of turkey, barrels and barrels of pork,
barrels and barrels of vegetables. Vegetables? Yep, vegetables. Barrels and barrels of that.
Load that ship up. Everybody's hopping on that ship. We're heading on a voyage. We're going to
go across the ocean. And everybody dies before they get to the other side. And it turns into
a ghost ship just floating out there because there wasn't a lemon on the ship. There wasn't
a lemon on the ship. And even in nutrition today, we're not talking about that. We're just talking
about protein, get your protein. I'm not saying protein is a problem. And I'm not saying you're
not supposed to have protein. And I'm not saying that protein's bad for you. I'm just saying that
it's all about protein, protein, protein, protein, protein, protein, protein. But by the time that
ship gets to the other side, everyone's dead on that ship because there wasn't a lemon on that
ship. Exactly. So when we're focused on these different kind of like trends, we can put trends
or fads, whatever it is, tons of vitamin D. No, where's your vitamin D levels? Where is it? Hey,
protein, protein, protein. Where's your protein? Hey man, that's not what's going to keep us alive.
That's not what's going to keep us alive.
And that's not what's going to keep us from disease.
And that's not what's going to keep us from getting sick.
And that's not what's going to save us.
You know, I finished a book called Life Changing Foods.
You can see it.
It's on Amazon.
And you can see it's Medical Meeting Life Changing Foods.
And I put information about lots and lots of foods that no one's ever heard of before
about what they do for you and what's in them because we can't wait.
We just can't.
So that book is out there already.
And it's all about knowing what you really need for what illness, what disease, what symptoms.
And we just can't wait with misinformation.
So exactly.
So if we can't get to the other side of that ocean without a lime on the ship, and then that's it.
Everybody's dead before that boat lands.
And we're not focused on that lime because we're focused on everything else.
Something's off balance.
And so we're going to talk about some of this stuff.
What are deficiencies?
What kind of deficiencies do we see in us?
How about nails, right?
Hair, skin, nails.
Hair, skin, nails.
Right?
You're probably worried about that.
You're probably thinking about that.
There's formulas out there that are hair, skin, and nails.
It's really funny.
If I go into the store and I look at a formula, a bottle, it's a hair, skin, formula, nail formula.
And it really doesn't have the right things in it.
It doesn't have the right stuff in it to actually really, really fix hair, skin, and nails.
And depending on what's going on with hair, skin, and nails, too, with all the different problems that we have.
So one thing, though, if you have white spots on your nails, if you have white spots, if you have grooves, grooves are white spots.
Go to a practitioner, or if you go to someone, or if a friend tells you, or whatever, somebody in a health food store,
he'll tell you that it's a protein deficiency.
It's a protein deficiency.
It grooves in your nail.
It's got to be a protein deficiency.
That's what you'll hear.
It's got to be that.
Or if you get the white spots or you've got dents, dents in the nails.
So in the fingernails.
So look at your fingernails now.
Everybody take a look.
See what you have cooking.
What's in there?
Is the half moon gone?
That happens to a lot of people.
Is the half moon gone?
Do you have dents in there?
Do you have pockets in there?
Do you have pits in there?
Do you have white spots, grooves in there?
That's not a protein deficiency.
That's a zinc deficiency.
That's exactly what that is.
And that's an example.
And that's a deficiency you can see just clear, plain and clear right there.
So look at your nails now and take a look.
Do an examination.
Same thing with your toenails.
Take a look at your toenails and take a look and see what's going on down there.
And take a peek.
and see if you see any of that kind of problem.
So that's important.
Now, if you see a fungus on your nail,
you got a fungus on your nail that you caught somewhere
because that's what happens.
We catch them.
We're at the beach,
and they were going to do a rinse of the freshwater rinse
where everybody stands after they're loaded with sand and salt water,
and you step on that without your flip-flops,
and you pick up a toenail fungus, you know,
or you're in a hotel and you just hop in their shower
and you're just, you know, no flip-flops on and just, you know,
and it could have been 20 years ago and you got your toenail fungus.
Wherever you got that fungus, that just means you were also deficient in other things too
in order for that fungus to actually happen.
That means you were deficient in vitamin C.
So if you have toenail fungus, that means you have a vitamin C deficiency
and you had a vitamin C deficiency and a rampant one especially, a rampant one.
But yeah, but my practitioner said, it's because I got candida, I got candida.
No, you have a severe vitamin C deficiency.
That's where that came from.
And you also picked up that fungus from some hotel shower 30 years ago,
or from some carpet somewhere in some whatever place, or from, like I said, anywhere.
And it can easily pick it up.
But it's that vitamin C deficiency that let it turn into something,
that let it become something.
versus someone else who didn't get that nail fungus.
So it's a vitamin C deficiency.
That's important right there alone.
So I would actually, you go to your practitioner,
you say, what's the best vitamin C?
You know, I like ester C.
That's a really good one.
Calcium ascorbate, ester C.
That's a great one too.
And make sure it's in there all the time.
And then the zinc, you know,
I talk about the best zinx as well,
as far as in my members club and everywhere else.
Like, you know, and I have on my website,
to have a, you can actually see the best stuff that I actually recommend. And that's critical
for all the nail stuff, hair stuff. Okay. Thinning hair, breaking hair. Oh, once again,
we're going to get told it's protein deficiency. Oh, you've got a protein deficiency. That's why
your hair's like this. Shampoos are loaded. Now they got proteins in them to fix your hair problem.
thinning hair, breaking hair, all that, that's a deficiency that occurs as far as in the Bs,
the vitamin Bs. So it's actually kind of like a methylation problem. Don't confuse that with
the gene mutation. And that's a whole nother thing. We're going to do a show about the gene
mutation because it's not technically a gene mutation that everybody has when they get told
that the MTHFR gene mutation. It's not actually what it really is. And we're going to clarify
that on another show. We're going to do a whole show on that kind of stuff. But it's the bees
that play a role in all the thinning hair, all the cracking, breaking hair, hair falling out.
Hair falling out is mostly for most people, depending on what's going on, is a thyroid
disorder. So that's a thyroid problem. Even if the thyroid numbers look okay, even though if the
thyroid looks all right with the blood test, the profile, the whole bit, that's a thyroid disorder.
And so it's about getting nutrients and certain foods to the thyroid too, which is really important.
So what's the best way to ensure that our deficiencies get fixed so that our organs and glands get what they need so we don't showcase these deficiencies?
Okay, like for instance, when people have really dry skin, really dry skin, what are they deficient in?
So what happens is everybody starts taking fish oil.
I must be deficient in some amegas from the fish oil.
So let's just start pounding down the fish oil to fix the skin.
Actually, no, that's not it.
What it is, it's a liver issue.
That's a liver issue.
It's a B12 deficiency to the liver, a B12 deficiency in the liver that causes that skin to be so darn dry.
And that's what that is.
But how do we get these deficiencies cleared up?
What's a great way?
the elevated biotics. Do you guys remember that? Do you remember in my book, the elevated biotics
I talked about? That's when one time in your life, one day in your life, you picked an apple
somewhere in some orchard in the fall, you know, apple picking, and you bit into it without washing
off that apple. And it had microorganisms on there that are wild on top of that food growing there.
and those are elevated biotics that spirit knows about that I, that are revealed in the book.
Those elevated biotics go deep into the intestinal tract and those stop deficiencies. They get down
to the ileum, they go in there and they create B12, but they do more than that. They create B12
so that you can absorb all the other B vitamins that we get from our foods. So they can methylate,
so they can get taken in, so they can get what I call lit, lit up, meaning active, alive.
So it's at elevated biotics.
So here's a way of getting elevated biotics.
I would grow sprouts.
It's easy to do.
You don't have to be running out to an apple orchard in the fall because you may not get the opportunity.
It's not everybody's opportunity.
And, yeah, you can grow your own food in any way possible.
And those microorganisms, elevated microorganisms are on every single one of those foods, the blackberries, the raspberries that you grow, your greens, your kale picked out of the garden.
You can gently rinse them.
You can gently rinse them if you don't want to crunch on rocks and sand or something.
You can gently rinse everything.
But the microorganisms in soil doesn't touch the microorganisms that are on the leaves of the kale or the spinach or on your tomato or on your cucumber growing in the garden.
And so, you know, going to the farmer's market, you get the organic.
They got organic cucumbers at the farmer's market, and they got different things.
And just give that a gentle rinse, and you're good.
You'll have lots of microorganisms on there.
But if you don't get a chance to get to the farmer's market,
if you don't get a chance to grow something, grow some sprouts,
you can grow them in a container, no dirt.
You don't need any dirt.
And you can grow the richest, most mineralized food on the planet.
You can grow red clover sprouts, fenugreek sprouts, broccoli sprouts, radish sprouts.
And a handful of these sprouts are like a miracle.
You grow them and you use the sea minerals.
So you spray sea minerals on top of the sprouts and you water them.
They grow right on your counter.
They're loaded with those microorganisms I call elevated biotics.
They fix deficiencies like nothing else does.
Same thing, of course, you go to the farmer's market.
That helps fix the deficiencies as well.
You know, like it's spring here and, you know, it's spring out here.
And it's time.
We're not, you know, where we are.
And we're coming into summer.
And it's time to go to the farmer's market and get lettuces, get, you know,
whatever we can as things come in, onions, whatever we can do.
It all matters.
It all helps.
And then as summer comes on and all different fruits and the berries and everything else, don't be afraid.
Don't think, oh, I'm afraid to eat a peach or I'm afraid to eat a plum because I'm afraid of the sugar or something.
You're going to cheat yourself out of so many things.
Farmer's market produce is high in minerals, not to mention organic farmer's market produce is high in minerals, not to mention high with those elevated biotics on top of it.
But grow yourself if you can or do the sprouts, which is one of the most powerful way to clear up deficiencies.
I've seen people do the sprouts.
Every day they water them.
They do the sea minerals.
Sprouts grow.
They have some in their salad every day.
And all of a sudden, everything starts to clear up, meaning all these signs of deficiency start to clear up.
And protects you for the long haul, too.
So protects you for the long run, for the long haul, especially if our 40,000 meals, which is half our life, roughly, those 40,000 meals actually weren't that good for us.
or filled with processed food and filled with garbage.
We need to make up for that.
Sprouts are one way to do that.
It's really important.
So there's different kinds of needs that different body systems have.
The reproductive system needs trace minerals and lots of glucose and phytochemicals,
phytochemicals from fruits and vegetables.
So if you're not eating a lot of fruits and vegetables,
regardless of what diet you adhere to, what diet you subscribe to, whatever it is.
If you like diet where you're just eating fish as your protein,
then make sure you're doing a lot of fruits and vegetables, all different kinds.
We're going to cover that in a couple of minutes.
If you're doing a paleo diet, if you're doing a ketogenic diet where it's just all meat,
just try to start bringing in some fruits and vegetables
because regardless of what diet you've subscribed to,
if you're a vegan or a vegetarian and you eat, who knows,
You eat a lot of soy or you eat a lot of beans.
Just try to bring in more fruits and vegetables.
It's like this no matter what on all levels of diets that we all go to and do and try.
You know, it's important.
If your diet or the diet you subscribe to doesn't allow, for some reason, for any belief system there is, doesn't allow certain vegetables or certain fruits, then you're just, you've got to shift.
You've got to customize.
It's time to customize.
That's what you got to do.
Be customized for yourself to get those deficiencies fixed,
to get the nutrients you need, to get all the minerals you need.
So I'm jumping around different places because it's kind of a big topic,
but yet, you know, so much we have to do.
So let's talk about the blood tests for a moment once again.
Are blood tests accurate?
Are they accurate?
One thing for sure, if you're getting a blood test
and it shows that your B12 is high, that's not a good thing.
that means your B12 is low.
It means your B12 is low in certain parts of your body,
in your body system.
If the B12 shows really high,
really high,
and your doctor's like,
whoa, your B12 is high,
that's for sure, look at this.
That means your B12 is low
in your central nervous system.
So it's important to get those elevated biotics in you
because the elevated biotics that are on sprouts
and on other foods get down into the ileum,
down deep in the gut.
They help with the methylation process
of getting B12 through your body. So we can't really trust the blood test accuracy. I like them.
I like doing them. I mean, I don't see anything wrong with it at all. So if you're into it, sure.
And, you know, but at the same time, it's not going to showcase really all the trace minerals
you're deficient in. It's really difficult. So we talked about the sprouts, the growing your own
food, juicing or blending? How many of you juice? Are you guys juicing at all? Are you blend? Are
you blenders? It's funny. There's three kinds of people. There's ones that like to juice and they
like to blend up their smoothies and blend up their food. There's one that just likes to juice.
They don't like to blend at all. Then there's a group that likes to just blend, you know,
with the whole philosophy. So let's start with that. People who just like the blend,
The philosophy behind it, the theory behind it is every part of that vegetable gets ground up so fine, so great.
You know what I mean?
And, you know, regardless of what blender it is or the upside down blender or the really good blend, you know, the other, whatever blender you got.
It's about grinding up all the fiber, all the pulp, right?
That's the whole thought about that.
That's fine.
If you're into that, that's fine.
But still, for deficiencies, it's important to juice.
it's important to juice. So, and what I'm trying to say is if you're into just not juicing at all
or not even blending and you want to get just your nutrients from your foods alone,
if you're one of that, so actually there's four kinds of people out there. I forgot about that.
There's people that say, no, I don't like to juice. Don't like to blend anything.
It's just about getting into the whole foods in and doing it that way. If you're deficient in
something, it's actually important to juice, to make up for things. If you're just someone who's
a blender, you just like blending, like I said, don't like juicing. It's still important to juice
once in a while. And if you can't juice once in a while, try to juice once a month, whatever it is,
try to buy a juice, try to go to a juice place. And the reason why is because our intestinal
tracts get scored. So this is important. It's really important. This is a part of our body
systems or digestive system, that body system there, that body system takes a real beating.
It gets scored by bad acids, bad acids, not good acids because we lose our hydrochloric acid.
I talk about that in other shows. We lose our hydrochloric acid, bad acids take over and start
to burn, burn our linings. And then H. pylori starts to grow. Strepococcus starts to grow.
E. coli starts to grow. C. diff can grow, depending. All these different bacteria start
to grow. Viruses tend to proliferate. All these different things start to create gunk and garbage
in our system. Our liver gets clogged up. The acids take over and our intestinal tract gets scored.
It gets worn. It gets worn and calloused. It gets calloused. Our colon gets calloused.
Everything gets calloused. It's not really seeable. You get a colonoscopy, it's not going to be seen
that way. Endoscopy is not going to see it, but this callusing occurs. That callusing burns off
a tiny hair that only Spirit and I know of, that I wrote about in the book, in the medical medium
book Secrets. And this hair is like a fur, microscopic fur that's on the lining of her
intestinal tracts. And hundreds of years ago, that fur was greater and it lasted longer. Now it
doesn't last past infancy. In fact, when you're an infant, it's still not even there. Spirit tells
me even in our babyhood, it's still not even there anymore. This hair actually protected us
and helped us keep invaders out, stop the scoring and let nutrients in. We don't have that anymore.
Our intestinal tracts are just worn. They're all worn for a multitude of reasons, from stress,
from pollutions, from the foods we've been eating, all these reasons, and for generations.
So it's about getting that intestinal lining back to where it needs to be in order to absorb.
And so juicing, back to juicing, because it took you off track a little bit, juicing matters
to restore that lining, not just to restore the lining, but to feed the lining, meaning to get
nutrients through us. So if you're one that likes blending only, you still got to juice a little bit.
If you got worries, concerns, whether they're digestive concerns, whether deficiencies concern,
illness concerns, you still got to juice a little bit. And that's why I recommend that faithful,
faithful, faithful celery juice. And you can still do other juices. You can put apples,
cucumbers, you can juice fennel bulbs. I like that one for deficiencies. So if you're somebody
that's worried about, hey, am I deficient? Juice some celery and bring on some fennel. Get the
fennel bulbs, chop them up, run them through the juicer. That's an option too. So it's about
getting nutrients when our intestinal lining's worn and it's calloused and it's not taking on
nutrients, meaning taking on and going through and in that magical process that science doesn't know.
Meaning when we eat something and it drops down in our stomach, nobody knows what really happens.
We have the theory of, oh, digestive enzymes, absorption, assimilation.
We think we know what's going on there.
No, no, we don't really.
That's only God knows what happens when you put something in your mouth and it goes down into your tummy.
And, you know, maybe, I don't know, maybe a thousand years, we'll know.
And even then, I doubt it.
That's a tricky one.
So let's talk about some great things.
What can we do?
Heirloom produce.
Heirloom.
You know the word heirloom, right?
Heirloom tomatoes.
Heirloom.
So you go to a farmer's market and you see produce that's heirloom.
Great way to clear up deficiencies.
Heirloom apples.
So even if you get one heirloom apple, one antique apple in you a year,
you're beating out deficiencies.
It's huge.
This is a big deal.
Pears.
Heirloom pears.
That's a great one.
You see that at the farmer's markets.
Different salad greens.
Radish greens.
Just listen to this one.
Radish greens.
I talk about those radish greens in the new book where I release all the secrets about
how, what these foods do, what's in what phytochemicals, what happens to the body.
Radish greens are a big one.
That's a big one.
That helps with deficiencies.
I've seen people just focus on those radish greens.
They have the radishes too, but they get some radish greens in their salad and their life
starts turning around and different body systems start to recalibrate.
Leafy greens.
Spinach, great one for beating out deficiencies.
Every vitamin's in spinach, practically.
All the bees, you name it.
I mean, it's in there.
Sweet potatoes.
Yams, great for deficiencies.
Incredible.
Celery, once again.
Like I said, if you want to blend it all in, and that's all you do is you're a blender kind of person,
throw the celery in there, blend it all.
At least you're getting some in you.
But if you're worried about digestive stuff, everything else, low hydrochloric acid, liver problems, digestive issues, do the juice.
Do the juice, too.
You can do both in your life.
Both, both, both.
Fresh herbs.
Oregano.
A little bit of oregano.
Huge for deficiencies.
Big deal.
That's a really good one.
Plus, there's all kinds of phytochemicals in there.
There's all kinds of antiviral properties, antibacterial properties to knock out strep out of the intestinal tract that causes irritable bowel syndrome.
to knock out these different bugs and anything else you're concerned about.
So we got the, you know, the herbs, oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme.
Not only are these bug killers in the gut, killing off bugs and in the bloodstream
and, you know, killing off any kind of parasitical issues.
If you're someone that's worried about worms, then thyme tea.
You do some thyme tea.
But what you're going to get out of thyme tea is you're going to get deficiencies clearing up
because it's so loaded with minerals and certain minerals for certain parts of the body.
Wild blueberries, can't say it enough.
There's a reason.
Someone said to me, hey, you're all about those wild blueberries, just like I said,
you're all about those wild blueberries for a reason,
because it's the most powerful food on planet Earth.
Nothing can touch it.
It's the most powerful food there is on planet Earth.
I don't care what's in a jungle somewhere.
I don't care what's in the Amazon.
I don't care where.
What you're talking about that's in some mud patch in some river on the other side of the planet, wild blueberries beat it.
Nothing can touch it.
It's the resurrection food.
It's the Jesus Christ food of all time.
It is the food that matters.
Get it in you.
There's a reason why I'm pumping it up and talking about it.
It means so much to your health, your well-being, what it harbors, and what it can do is magical.
It's beyond magical.
So it's that one.
Pursolene, dandelions.
You know, I saw some dandelion greens, picked them right off the ground,
and there they were.
I ate a couple of leaves.
Powerful, because I'll tell you why.
The dandelion leaves that I picked and ate right there,
they had microorganisms on there.
The elevated biotics I talk about that are stronger than any probiotic on the planet.
So those go deep down in the gut, and they were highly mineralized.
That's what was so great about these.
Just two leaves I picked.
It tasted bitter.
It was hard.
It wasn't a taste I happened to admire so much.
Some people love it.
I don't really like it.
But I knew what it was doing for me.
I had two leaves, chewed them up, ate it.
I knew what it was doing.
So the dandelion greens.
You can get dandelions in other places too in the store.
But that's a wild food at your fingertips.
Rose hips, incredible.
Rose hips.
That's a wild food.
Believe it or not, it is.
natto leaf, once again, purslane.
You can eat Duke purslane.
Talked about the sprouts.
Papaya, papaya.
Papaya is important.
It's nutrient dense.
Incredible for the intestinal tract for fixing those calluses.
So you can absorb all that good stuff.
So you can absorb the trace minerals, the macrominerals, the microminerals.
You can absorb the phytochemicals.
Everything from dimethyl resveratrol that's in other foods to, you know, you name it.
Antioxidants, you can get it in.
You know, B12, all the Bs, C, everything.
Papaya not only has a lot in it, it helps get everything else to go in and absorb and work for you.
Top supplements, once again, spirulina.
Yep, spirulina is that important.
It's that loaded.
It helps get rid of deficiencies by far, including thyroid problems and thyroid deficiencies and hair loss.
You know, that's, it's spirulina is incredible.
If you have a hair loss issue, just make sure you're taking it.
The B12 adenosilcobalamin I talk about, that magical B12 that has a mix of methyl and adeno,
that's incredible.
That absorbs differently.
That takes care of deficiencies.
B-complex, algae-based omega oils.
If I'm going too fast, go back to the show.
Go back to the archive because it's all good.
Barley grass juice powder, that's an incredible deficiency beater.
That's another one that beats out deficiencies.
Incredible.
My favorite one is Vimergy.
That's my favorite brand of barley grass juice powder.
Nettle leaf capsules.
Those are easy to take.
Raspberry leaf, red clover tea.
Red clover tea and raspberry leaf.
Incredible for deficiency issues.
You know, even if you pick some red clovers, you go out in a field,
you pick some red clovers, or you find some place and you see them,
or buy them dried.
Buy them dried at the health food store or look online and find a resource.
And you get those flowers, those red clover flowers, one of the most powerful of all deficiency, you know, fixer uppers.
All right.
We'll use that term.
There's a multivitamin called Ambaya Gold.
A-M-B-A-Y-A.
Ambaya Gold.
They have a superconductive liquid vitamin, which I happen to like.
It seems to work really good.
And then they have a mineral as well.
So let's try to take a call.
I think we covered some things.
Just double-checking.
Yep, I think we got a few things covered.
Thanks for hanging in there through that.
Let's see.
Let's talk to somebody and see what's going on.
We have line three.
We have Allison.
Hi, Anthony.
How are you?
Good.
Hi, how are you?
Good.
It's so great to finally get in touch with you.
It's great talking to you.
Oh, thanks for listening to the show.
I want to help in any way I can, of course.
I didn't know if I was deficient.
I actually have weakness in my left leg when I walk.
How long has it been?
I've taken about maybe like a year or two.
Really?
It's been happening.
So, yeah, like it's, I don't know.
Some days they're kind of worse than others.
But, yeah, I went to a neurologist about 15 years ago.
Yeah.
So, and they diagnosed me with MS like 15 years ago, but I, like, never really accepted that diagnosis.
So I never took anything.
Yeah, it's a mystery diagnosis.
Yeah.
Like, it's a name for they just didn't know what was wrong with you.
So they have these tags and labels.
And, you know, the tags and labels have a purpose sometimes, these tags and labels, because, you know, we like to name things.
Everything on planet Earth has a name, except for the unknown angels.
Except for the unknown angels I talk about in my book, which we need to contact.
I'm just saying that for everybody out here.
The unknown angels don't have names.
They're really powerful.
They work for God, and they help with healing and everything else.
But everything on this planet has a name.
And so they have to say, hey, well, you got MS.
You definitely got to do the B12.
I would go to your practitioner.
Oh, I got it.
Oh, I got you B12.
I've been taking this for about three weeks.
I take it first thing in the morning.
Good, because you got 15 years of – actually, Spirit just corrected me and said it's not 15 years.
You got over 30 years of deficiencies in B12.
Really?
Yeah.
So, yeah, so you're on it for three weeks.
So, but, you know, stay on it, Spirit says.
Oh, absolutely.
Absolutely.
Yeah, very important.
You can talk to your practitioner about that, about staying on it, whatever, the whole bit.
But that's what Spirit's saying is that's one of your big deficiencies for sure.
And I'm glad you called it so we can talk about it because that deficiency causes weak legs.
It causes weak arms.
it causes um you know everything from drop foot to um um si joint prop weakness to lower back
weakness to everything um to tick spasms you name it and it usually it usually goes with a viral
thing too because spirit says you do have the epstein bar on your system that's part of it all
and so but yeah i had mono when i was in eighth grade i had mono really really bad really bad
There's a big problem with the medical world right now.
I'm the first person to finally bring this to the surface where if you had mono back there, it turns into something later on, and nobody knows that.
They don't realize that the mono turns into these later things later on.
I talk about it in the book.
Did you read it in there at all?
Yep, I got your book.
Yep, I read it.
Yeah, so that's all part of it.
But the B12 is critical for you.
You've been on it for three weeks.
Give it longer time, and I'm so proud of you.
I mean, that's incredible that you're doing this.
Are you doing it?
I know all of it.
Well, I completely trust what you say, 100%.
So if you think that that's the B12 that people should be taking,
then that's the B12 that I'm going to take.
It's the one that feeds the nerves.
Are you eating good too?
Yeah, I eat all organic.
And, like, I don't do gluten.
I haven't done dairy.
I mean, I go to Whole Foods.
I'm all about good food, all about it.
Wow. Wow.
So, I mean, it's just that I want it to go away.
I definitely feel better since I've been taking the B12.
Oh, good.
But, you know, I mean, I don't go to the doctors because they don't know what they're talking about.
Like, I don't go to them.
I don't.
How are you going to give me something when you don't know what causes it?
Yeah.
I'm not going to put something in my body that is unnatural.
So, yeah, when it comes down to the mystery stuff like this, when it's the mystery things, it's it's I mean, yeah, it's hard for them.
No, I mean, if you if you break a bone, it's different.
If you need a gallbladder removed, it's different because, you know, because it gets, you know, infected.
Whatever it is, this is different.
What you've been going through is mystery stuff.
But you get to a point where you're like, I don't know what I should be taking.
I don't know what I should be eating.
You know, I don't know if I should be doing the celery juice.
And I definitely go to a juice bar.
and I'll get juice and I feel like, you know, I have more energy.
Oh, you're going to a juice bar.
It's the best news I ever heard.
I know.
I've been going to a juice bar.
Don't be afraid to blend things too as well.
Like in the house, do a smoothie.
Put the wild blueberries in there.
I was talking on the show about that.
Oh, and I've been eating those every day.
All about the wild blueberries.
Yeah.
The wild blueberries are critical.
So I like both.
I like the juice and the blending.
I'm not against anyone with it.
In fact, I want people to do the smoothies.
It's critical.
You've got to do the blenders.
It's critical.
Don't get me wrong on any of that.
I was just saying we still need the juices too if we can.
So is there anything else that I should be doing that's crucial besides the B12?
You've got to have the wild blueberries that we talked about that.
Papaya is important for your intestinal tract.
Your liver is sluggish and stagnant, so that's why for that.
I would go to Whole Foods or whatever, to the health food store,
and I would get the fennel bulb.
Okay.
And, you know, or you ask the juice bar.
Forget that.
Ask the juice bar, actually, to put a little fennel in your juice.
Okay.
That's going to be a big deal for clearing up the fish and seals.
I was talking about that earlier.
That's a big one.
You're amazing.
I've got to let you go.
We're at the end of the show.
Okay, thank you so much.
It's so great to talk to you.
You're awesome.
Tom. Oh, you're awesome too. So we're at the end of the show today and, um, we got, uh, we got a
lot done. I really think we got a lot done and, um, and it's exciting because, uh, we need everything
we can get. Um, and it's all about just, you know, doing what we need to do to heal. Remember to go
to my website, medicalmedium.com where you can sign up for free healing path resource with which
I dedicated hundreds of hours. This free resource is amazing. It's got recipes, 30 recipes in there.
It's got 18 essential steps of healing that audios of me talking about it. It can't get any better
than that as far as information we need. It's really cool. It's got the truth about sleep. It's
got different recommended foods. So this is something to look into without a doubt. Also,
follow me on my Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, where every day I constantly post
things, information for you all the time. And then the, and I want to talk about in L.A. in
November, I'm going to be out there in Los Angeles doing an event. Look into that because I'm doing
the light blast ever since a child spirit taught me how to have light come down from heaven on top
of everybody, on top of everybody's crown to run through their body and ignite healing and promote
healing and move healing faster. A lot of people get amazing results, life-changing results,
incredible results, actually, from the light blast that I do at the events. Tickets already
sold out for the Connecticut event, but the LA event still tickets are open. So that's something
to look to. Listen, it's about you healing. It's about you getting what you need. That's what I
care about. You know, we can't be lost in this. We need to know what we're doing. That's what I'm
here for. I want to help. I care about what you've been through, your struggles. You didn't create it.
It's not your fault. You're not to blame. We're in this together. We're going to move forward.
I love you. Many blessings.
